Network Operations Center - NOCNew Global Telecom's Network Operations Center (NOC) is at the heartbeat of our services. As the leader in outsourced network solutions, NGT has established a world-class, 24x7x365 NOC to monitor and manage TDM and IP networks around the world. Our recent NOC renovation - which includes an increase in square footage, number and size of monitors, and available workstations - was completed in December 2003.

Network Operations Center - NOCSome of the features in our NOC include:

  • Fourteen screens run by four servers with quad display cards. The screens line a 15' tall wall.
  • Dual, flat-panel LCD monitors at each of seventeen workstations.
  • Redundant power sources, including UPS and a backup generator on all NOC systems.
  • Advanced environmental controls on all the equipment, including an 8-ton Liebert AC unit for the projectors, and two 2-ton Liebert AC units for the equipment
