October 29, 2002. New Global Telecom, an international telecommunications provider, and Telecom New Zealand, the major telecommunication provider in New Zealand, announced they have entered into a three-year contract. Under the terms of the contract, New Global Telecom is responsible for 24x7 network operations services including network surveillance and support and on-site support services for Telecom New Zealand's gateway switches in Los Angeles and London.
