NGT delivers VoIP application features to Service Providers in pre-defined, targeted packages called TelPacks as well as on an a la carte basis. Features are available by means of SIP/MGCP application servers on a high availability network, supported with 24x7 monitoring. Our six (6) TelPacks are defined as follows:

• Basic Residential / SOHO This license package provides CLASS 5 features for residential application, with no group features
  
• Premium Residential / SOHO This license package includes Class 5 personal features for residential application together with some group capabilities, and the Web Call Manager and Personal Web Portal
  
• Enterprise Dial Tone This license package provides the typical features of an analog extension to a PBX, normally used in a common area (such as for a fax line or in an employee break room)
  
• Basic Enterprise This license package provides full featured PBX multi-line desk phone features
  
• Premium Enterprise This license package provides the same features as the Basic Enterprise TelPack, with the addition of Personal Web portal for features such as click-to-dial and Outlook Integration
• Dial Tone Connectivity License This license provides basic dialtone with no features
